A Zinc Gymnastic Star

One of our Year 3 pupils R, is attending gymnastics 5 days a week after school.

Last weekend R competed in the County Zinc Competition where she was awarded a silver medal for her routines on vault, bars and floor.  She then competed on the beam and won a gold medal.

R is the overall age 8 County Zinc gold champion.  She has been selected to represent Northampton-shire in the regional Zinc Competition in October and R came 2nd place of Top 6 gymnasts aged 8-13 years old out of 48 competitors.
