The Frank Bruno Centre – Boxing

On Monday Ecton Brook attended their first gym session at the Frank Bruno Centre.

The coaches were very through with their training schedule for us.  We learnt how to stand properly, how to skip, we played tag and on top of all that we put our boxing gloves on and had a practice at hitting the punch bags.

It was hard work but all the children enjoyed it and are keen to get back ‘into the ring’ next week.
