Today we solved solved the mystery of the strange posters that had been sighted around school last term. They were the crests of the Montague and Capulet families, the feuding Italians in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. In assembly, we had a visit from a very angry prince and were told that there was to be no more fighting between the families. We then used a variety of drama techniques to explore the main events in the story. Ask us to tell you all about it!
