This week, the children have been thinking about how feelings can be shown through actions. Here are some examples of sentences they have written in their work:
-Thomas’ skin tingled. He had spotted an enormous dinosaur bone in the muddy earth.
-Next to the huge mountain, Thomas Carr rapidly searched for old bones.
-Thomas’ heart raced like a cheetah as he slowly picked up the heavy dinosaur tooth.
-Gazing into the core of the hills, the crew started to look for vital clues laying on the ground.
